Drumline (After-School Program)
A high-energy percussion class (10 person minimum) focused on rhythm, discipline, and teamwork. Students learn foundational drumline techniques while building confidence and unity as they perform together to boost school spirit. No experience required.
Voice
Voice Class
This dynamic group voice class (minimum 10 students) develops confident, expressive singers through vocal technique, breath control, tone production, harmony, and stage presence. Students learn to blend as an ensemble while strengthening their individual sound, musicianship, and performance skills. Through warm-ups, repertoire, and collaborative exercises, singers build discipline, camaraderie, and the confidence to perform both solo and as part of a unified vocal group.
Griot Sessions
Griot Sessions – (10 student minimum) Journey through fables from around the world, uncover the lessons they hold, and use them to inspire your own creative writing. Become a modern-day griot, sharing stories that reflect today’s world with imagination and voice.
Gospel Piano
Gospel Piano Foundations – Explore the heart of gospel music through chord construction, ear training, and developing authentic feel. Learn to play soulful progressions, recognize harmonies by ear, and bring expressive life to every performance.
